Pneumatic Spacer Bar Alignment Rack

A Pneumatic Spacer Bar Alignment Rack is a specialised tool used in insulated glass unit (IGU) fabrication to ensure precise alignment of spacer bars. It utilises pneumatic mechanisms for quick and accurate adjustments, improving efficiency and quality in the assembly process.

Features

This is a simple effective means of aligning spacer bar frames with the glass as part of the insulated glass assembly process. The alignment rack is positioned at the end of the glass washer, ready to accept the 1st piece of glass, followed by the spacer bar, which sits against the pneumatically operated depth spacers. Finally, the second piece of glass buts against the reference stop, forming a preassembled unit ready to seal. For the alignment rack to work effectively, the spacer bar needs either a double-sided tape or a PIB primary seal. The depth of sealant is determined by adjustment on the spacer reference blocks to suit your production.

The size of the alignment rack can be made to suit your washer and maximum glass assembly required.
