We manufacture glass washing machines in our own UK factory, following the process from CAD drawing to professional installation with quality after-sales. Spacer Saws & Other Spacer Bar Equipment
Spacer Saws and Other Spacer Bar Equipment are essential tools used in the manufacturing of insulated glass units (IGUs). Spacer saws are specifically designed to cut spacer bars to the required dimensions with precision. Other spacer bar equipment may include corner key inserters, benders, and desiccant filling machines, which are all crucial in the assembly of the spacer frame for IGUs. Hot Melt Machines and PIB Machines
Hot Melt Machines and PIB Machines are specialised equipment for manufacturing insulated glass units (IGUs). Hot Melt Machines apply hot melt sealants onto spacer bars or glass surfaces, while PIB Machines specifically apply Polyisobutylene (PIB) sealants. Both ensure precise sealant application, contributing to high-quality IGUs.
Argon Gas Fillers
Argon gas fillers are specialised equipment used in the manufacturing of insulated glass units (IGUs) to fill the space between glass panes with argon gas. The latest range of gas fillers from Atlantic draws from over 15 years of experience in gas filling technology. The IGA series incorporates design features typically found in more expensive equipment.
Straight Line Edgers (SLE) & Bevellers – Glass Polishers
Straight Line Edgers (SLE) and Bevellers, also known as Glass Polishers, are machines used in glass processing to shape and polish glass edges. These saws are specifically engineered for cutting laminated glass, which consists of multiple layers of glass with interlayer materials such as PVB (polyvinyl butyral) or EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate). SULAK Glass Laminate Saws are designed to provide precise, clean cuts, ensuring the integrity of the laminated glass while minimising waste and reducing the risk of damage.
