Argon gas fillers are specialised equipment used in the manufacturing of insulated glass units (IGUs) to fill the space between glass panes with argon gas. The latest range of gas fillers from Atlantic draws from over 25 years of experience in gas filling technology. Touchpad controls enable gas percentage levels to be easily adjusted.
Firstfill Gas Filler
The touchpad controls allow for easy adjustment of gas percentage levels.
The adjustable flow rate ranges from 0 to 10 liters per minute, making it suitable for smaller production volumes of argon-filled units.
Certain versions of the IGA10 are compatible with Krypton or Xenon gas.
Interfill Gas Filler

Multifill Argon/Krypton Gas Fillers
The Multifill range is designed for use with all inert gases and mixtures in the insulated glass market, utilising a two-hole filling method. Multifill-1 offers variable flow control from 1 to 15 liters per minute, optimising filling times for Argon while minimizing wastage with Krypton, Xenon, or mixed gases. Multifill-2, a dual-line version, allows simultaneous filling with two gases, offering flexibility in gas selection and flow control.
Smartfill 1, 2 and 4 Lines
The Smartfill-1 is a single line 30 litre a minute machine designed for the production of Argon gas filled insulated glass units. The Smartfill-1 is the first machine in the Inagas range to be equipped with the unique Smart start lance system which can be used either to gas fill using the one or two hole filling method.
The Smartfill-2 is a dual line version of the Smartfill-1 designed for medium to high production of Argon gas filled insulated glass units. Each line operates independently from one another with a combined maximum flow rate of 60 litres per minute using the Smart start lance system.
Smart Speed Highspeed Gas Fillers
The Smartspeed range is available as either a single or twin line machine designed for high speed Argon gas filling.
The internal IG pressure sensor automatically regulates the variable filling speed between 70-85 litres a minute to ensure a pressure balanced and accurate gas fill. Features from the Smartfill range such as the Smartstart Remote, Data logging and Print Feature are included as standard.
