We are always happy to buy back our own machines because quality sells - we are fair with our buy back prices.  Part exchange of machines not carrying the Atlantic badge, will be looked at on a case by case basis. 

The bulk of our machines are manufactured at our factory in Hinckley, Leicestershire and these are complemented by other market leading suppliers of equipment from around the world.

A thorough training session for all your operatives is carried out after each installation – any further training support is available if needed.

95% of spare parts can be sent to you same or next day delivery. We have a knowledgeable and helpful team to assist you with your spare parts requirements.

We have recently launched our MyAtlantic service plan. Those customers signed up to the plan, will have access to a priority response from our service team to solve minor malfunctions and get your machine up and running through to expediting an engineer to resolve your issues. 

Customers having machine break downs, not yet signed up to MyAtlantic,  will of course be dealt with as efficiently as possible.

Absolutely! We can book a maintenance service for you at regular intervals according to your usage or we can simply contact you by phone or email to highlight when a maintenance service is due. These benefits are automatically offered through MyAtlantic service plan.
